The Artwork of
Goodbye
“Sometimes moving on with the rest of your life starts with goodbye.”
~Carrie Underwood
Grief, we all face it in many many ways. Some will hit much harder than others. Embrace the pain, cry in the rain and wait for the rainbow to remind you it will be ok.
Fix You
"And I will try to fix you"
~Coldplay
This was created with the thought that even our angels are willing to give all they have to fix those hurting most.
Hope is the thing with feather that perches in the soul and sings the tunes without the words and never stops at all."
~Emily Dickinson
Hope
“If you’re feeling blue, don’t forget to breathe.”
~L. Frank Baum
Sometimes we embrace thoughts or have cloudy judgments that even make our angels sad. Just breathe.
Blue
“There is peace, even in the storm”
~Vincent Van Gogh
I created this piece with the thought in mind of learning to embrace your storm, sit back, relax and take it all in. Storms will rage, we have to learn to love them, as they pass.
Tub Storm
Half God Half Devil
“You may fade, you may shatter
But remember..
One fine day
You would bloom
With thorns in you.”
~ Veda
I created this piece for all who have made it through,
we are a bit harder on the inside. Although we have thorns
we are still beautiful and capable of love and to be loved.
Three Faced
“My angels and my demons they don’t know their place, ready or not their gonna come out and play.”
~ITM
This was created to show that we all have an angel and a demon on our shoulders, we never know which is going to come out on top, but they will always be a part of us that we need to learn to work with.
Mirror Mirror
“Mirror mirror on the wall,
I do not hear your demons call.
I care not what you think of me,
I’m much more than you can see”.
~Unknown
This one was a little more personal. The many self reflecting conversations with the demon in the mirror. The background bloody tub of what was left behind.
Pieces
"The worst thing about falling to pieces is that humans can do it so quietly"
~R.I.D
This was created for all those silent warriors who fight the battles in their mind alone. You are your own worst enemy and not many are aware enough to help.
